The JetSet

The JetSet

This Friday's release is a new The JetSet collection, featuring some truly stunning and luxurious pieces.

The two new floors include items inspired by Versace, JPG, Fendi, Andersson Bell, Gucci, Stefan Cooke and Nina Ricci. This might be a hint at what we can expect for the upcoming tribute season, which starts next Monday (20th) - or perhaps not.

The entire collection was designed by Ben Rey, aka Laneki on Stardoll. I think he has been the best addition to the illustration team so far. Not only is he incredibly talented at illustrating, but the collections he brings are also very cohesive.

Below are the real-life versions of some of the items from the collection.

Fashion Furniture

Fashion Furniture

Yesterday, before the site went down, Stardoll released a new Fashion Furniture collection.

Similar to the previous release, this collection features furniture with a vintage, almost medieval aesthetic, combined with a very artsy vibe. I really liked it! However, the idea of separating the frame from the painting and charging for both isn't very appealing, especially since their prices are practically the same, 16sd for the painting and 12sd for the frame, which makes it a lil bit pricey. On a brighter note, the interior design is truly stunning!

Pretty n' Love

Pretty n' Love

It's January 13th, but you can already start preparing for Valentine's Day with today's Pretty 'n Love release.

The new update to the store brings mostly heart themed pieces in a red and pink color scheme. The clothing is arranged on a single floor, but the accessories extend up to the third floor, so don't forget to check those out. There are two starcoin pieces: the Heart CowGirl Hat and the Heart Mini Tote Bag, both of which look super cute and are a great addition to my closet.

Strike a Pose

Strike a Pose

The first limited release of the year is out, and it's a new Strike a Pose collection. Despite the negative comments last year about the skin tones not matching the dolls' colors in the comeback collection, they decided to give the brand another try and have once again included poses with a variety of seven adjusted and more accurate skin tones.

The collection has a streetwear atmosphere and, in general, looks better than the last one. They improved the skin tone consistency, as all poses now have matching tones and names, making it easier to choose the same tone for all poses.

However, I must say my favorites were the general poses without visible skin, which were the only ones I bought. These were also the first to sell out, along with the "Bronze Coffee Lady," which, for some reason, was priced in starcoins. The quantity of pieces varies depending on the skin tones, with the darker tones having very limited quantities, some as low as 20 pieces. This scarcity contributed to the success of the collection, as almost everything is sold out by now.

50% more stardollars for SAP

50% more stardollars for SAP

It's time for the first limited store of the year, and there's a twist: it's not a Young Hollywood inspired by the Golden Globes (they might be waiting to release it alongside the Oscars this time?), but a Strike a Pose collection.

The usual top-up offer with 50% more Stardollars in the sd packs is available, along with a special offer item included in all purchases, excluding the 90sd pack, which comes with 120sd as part of the promotion.

Here's the full look at the special offer pose:

Epiphany x Birthstone

Epiphany x Birthstone

With a new year, there's a new special Epiphany project. With the conclusion of the Valentino Zodiac Jewelry series that ran from October 2023 to September 2024, it's now time for the Birthstones Jewelry project, once again led by Vulacano.

Each month, we'll have a new Epiphany release featuring a different stone associated with that month. The jewelry designs, except for the crown, were created by Vulacano himself. Until December, the models for the bracelet, ring, necklace, and earrings will remain the same, with only the crown changing each month.

Along with the window display released in Starplaza, we also received a doll mail with an explanation about this month's stone: Garnet.

What do you think of this new project? In my opinion, they look better than the Zodiac necklaces. Let's see if they'll be time limited as well. Below you can check the real life version of the the Rosenborg Kokoshnik tiara:

Golden Globe Awards - part 2

Golden Globe Awards - part 2

Hi everyone. Today I'll bring more celebrities outfits from this red catpet.

Louis Vuitton

Emma Stone, Hannah Einbinder, Cate Blanchett, Zendaya and Cynthia Erivo dazzled in Louis Vuitton.

I love everyone's outfits. But I really wanna see Cate, Zendaya and Cynthia's outfits: they're just amazing! The architecture of Cynthia's dress, the greek structure of Hanna's and what to say about Zen??? she's my darling!!!
Balenciaga

I have a huge problem with this brand and Demna, but I couldn't resist a flourescent pink as this one Kerry Washington wore. That being said, I fell Michelle Yeoh was swallowed by this dress. And I don't have good words to describe Ali Wong's dress... (and I don't understand why celebrities liked so much cause it's not the first time I see people wearing it).

It had been a long time since I had seen Nicole Kidman look so pretty! For me she was one of most beautiful of the night. The dress was simple and sexy, but sparkling and the fit was incredible. I guess the success of this outfit was her hair and jewelry: on point!

Chanel
Girls, only Tilda to stand up in a Chanel. She has soul and sauce.
The other great actresses was cute, but that's all. Keira Knigthley, Margaret Qualley and Leonie Benesch.

Vivienne Westwood

One I hated and the other one I loved it! The dress Alexandra Dadario wore looks cheaper from afar,. Otherwise, Rachel Bronahan wore the signature of Vivienne: perfection! Another outfit that i love was the Andrew Scott and is gppd to man dolls in Stardoll. What do you think?

Dolce and Gabbana

Lady beautifully in red: Elle Fanning and Amy Adams.
Classic in D&G way. Collin Farell and singer Robbie Williams. And a litte more sexyer we have Alton Mason and Taylor James Williams

Dior
I didn't like any of it. I'm sorry, but it's a lttle bit boring.

Even Anya's dress, but what makes me be in love with Anya's outfit is this stunning Tiffany & Co jewelry. Do you agree with me?

Ashi Studio

This is a brand that I really anjoy! I loved this 3 outfits so much! Do you agree with me?
Kristen Bell, Mindy Kaling and Ari Gaynor nailed it!

Armani Privé
Wow, I really enjoy both outfits! Armani is always a good and right choice. Look at this beautiful and unique pearl of Gal Galdot dress: stunning I think if Demi Moore's dress was deep blue it would be even perfect.

They should change dresses

I clearly can see this marvelous Sthepanie Rolland in Glenn close instead in Kerry Russel ( and she could change this Balmain from Glenn for another kind of dress lol.

The not so basic black dress
I have inmy mind if you're gonna wear a black dress you need to wear THE black dress. And so Miley Cyrus, wearing Celine, and Naomi Watts, wearing Schiaparelli, read my mind about it and rocked the award show.

My favorite of the night:
Mikey Madison wore Bottega Veneta:

Controversial opinion:

Elle Fanning Balmain dress: it's beautiful, but do not convince me. I don't no what to think lol.

And the last category is: no way

I don't wanna be mean, but this Ariana Grande dress is truly ugly. I know it's a Hubert de Givenchy Haute Couture from Spring Summer 1996, but girl, I didn't liked at all. This color yellow butter makes her looks like a ghost ( make up and hair too). Did you liked it? Tell me.
