Mr.

Mr.

This week, Stardoll started releasing items from the only remaining all male store: Mr.

It has two new floors and I have to say I’m a bit jealous that some of these pieces don’t have female versions. Thankfully, at least the accessories can be worn by female dolls, which were actually my favorite items. Special shout out to the Bow Tied Pois Tie and the Spiked Choker.

There are two starcoin items: the White Tucked Turtleneck and the Striped Wool Sweater. I got both, since they seem to fit female dolls reasonably well and, well, they’re sc, right?

Did you like this release? Have you taken advantage of any of the items, even though they’re fitted for male dolls?

Limited Edition

Limited Edition

Among the game glitches, today we got a new Limited Edition release. I had to refresh the page several times just to make the shopping window appear in Starplaza, even though the store was already out, but the collection did go live on time according to the countdown on Stardoll’s Instagram. It brought three new floors to the store.

Some items sold out immediately, while others are still available with plenty of copies left, pretty much the new normal for limited releases. I guess this happens because, in the past, items had very few copies and some people used to buy entire collections. Nowadays, players tend to pick only specific pieces they think might gain value later, usually for reselling purposes (spoiler: most recent releases don’t really become valuable rares, with just a few exceptions).

Overall, I liked the release. The pieces are very well illustrated and have real styling potential. I couldn’t stop noticing the D&G Books Bag, especially since we already had a version of this bag years ago in a Dolce & Gabbana Tribute release. This new one looks great, although I think I still prefer the more vivid colors of the older version, but of course, I got this one too.

What are your thoughts on this LE?

50% more stardollars for LE

50% more stardollars for LE

The year has barely started, and yesterday we already received news of a new Limited Edition release. The announcement came with a 50% extra Stardollars top up offer and a special offer item.

The 50% extra Stardollars applies only to regular Stardollars packs, not to Superstar packs. Yesterday, some friends mentioned they didn’t receive extra SDs when buying Superstar packages, which made me realize that some players thought this promo also applied to them, so I decided to clarify it here in case anyone else was wondering.

The free special offer item is not included in the cheapest SD pack, but it is included with Superstar purchases.

The special offer dress is inspired by Jason Wu SS26.

Outfit of the Month - Jan, 26

Outfit of the Month - Jan, 26

Last Wednesday, we received the first OotM of 2026 and, as previously announced, it also marked the debut of the new themed release format. For January, the chosen theme was Arctic Allure and the featured looks were curated by liability and phobosa.

Both outfits clearly embrace a wintery aesthetic, but each does so in its own way, reflecting the dolls personal styles. I might be in the minority, but I actually liked this new themed OotM concept and for a first attempt, I think they chose good looks overall. Liability’s outfit leans more toward a polished, fashion forward style, while phobosa’s look has a bit of Y2K influence.

My only real complaint is the technique used to illustrate the fur details. The fur pieces look a bit unfinished and I wish they appeared fuller and more textured, if you know what I mean.

Liability’s full look costs 117sc and 93sd (with the 10% Royalty discount). The only item available for male dolls is the pants, priced at 18sd with the discount. The earrings and head accessory come in both suite and beauty parlor versions.

Phobosa’s full look costs 117sc and 101sd (also with the Royalty discount). There are no items designed for male dolls in this set and the hat and sunglasses are also available in both suite and BP versions.

Looking ahead, February’s OotM theme will be Feel the Love, clearly cause of the Valentine’s Day.

Did you like these picks? And what do you think about this month’s theme and the upcoming one?

Epiphany

Epiphany

This Monday, a little later than usual, Stardoll released a new collection: a new Epiphany jewelry drop. At this point, I honestly don’t even know how many Epiphany releases we had last year, but it looks like this year we’re starting early again (I really hope this is a sign that we’re no longer getting a monthly Epiphany window release).

The collection added three new floors to the store, featuring necklaces, earrings, brooches, glasses, head accessories and rings. What immediately caught my attention was the Gold Crystal Eyewear, mainly because we already have this piece illustrated in the game, it was previously released under Voile and is still available in Plaza for a cheaper price.

I do enjoy a nice jewelry piece to add a finishing touch to my outfits, but I tend to prefer when accessories come bundled with clothing releases. Epiphany collections almost always feel a bit uncohesive to me, like a mix of random items rather than a fully thought release.

This time, only two items are available for starcoins. They’re located on the third floor: the Opal Embellished Ring and the Gold Crystal Bird Bracelet, which you can find in the display section below the mannequins’ heads.

Did anything catch your eye in this release or was there something you were expecting to see in the game?

SPINNING THROUGH STARDOLL OPENING

SPINNING THROUGH STARDOLL OPENING

Hello, blogayras on duty!😍😺

This is Rivotril speaking to you…

Avril in my spare time, Hyago Henrique when I’m not so spare. I’m Brazilian, 26 years old, a nurse most of the time, and just an adult player who can’t quite let go of some teenage addictions whenever there’s time left…

I’ve been a player since 2013 and I’ve lived through many extraordinary experiences, and others not so pleasant, within the little world of Stardoll.

Today, I’m starting yet another project in partnership with the most excellent Mia Colucci, who kindly opened space for me to write here and share content related to the platform.

In my segment, titled  SPINNING THROUGH STARDOLL I’ll be bringing you monthly highlights of users I randomly visit, sharing with you something that caught my attention.

To kick off the segment, I bring something in the Christmas spirit, things that remind us of one of the most beautiful times of the year, when lights, red, green, reconciliation, and the desire to be family are very present in human life. Christmas, the season of birth!

As the highlight of this edition, I present the beautiful decoration of the doll Numb.-, who used, dared, and fully explored items available in the platform’s stores to create a stunning Christmas setting in her suite. The North American Christmas aesthetic, with wreaths, stair decorations, traditional foods, and pets dressed for the occasion, was a huge success in the composition of the scene!

But what caught my attention the most was Santa Claus himself passing by the girl’s address, he was completely enchanted by the place and decided to take a nap right there on her sofa… Or was it just a strategic move to fall under the spell of the gorgeous Mrs. Claus who was around? Well! It wasn’t only in decoration that Numb.- dared, she also got into the spirit and went for a Christmas look worthy of the runways.

Did the good old man manage to fulfill all his Christmas Eve duties before his well-deserved rest? That we’ll only find out if someone decides to spill the tea and do a proper exposé of the sleigh driver… 😉

Congratulations to Numb.- for the beautiful work, you truly deserved all the spotlight.😻👏👏

Here I say goodbye and thank each and every one of you who takes a little time to come here and read each article.😘

Xoxo, 💋 Rivotril on the line…

Hugs, and see you in the next edition…

At the end of each post, I’ll include the song I was listening to while choosing the highlight.

For this one, while being enchanted by Numb.-’s suite, I was listening to: All the Things She Said.

Soundtrack: (All The Things She Said - t.A.T.u.)

Evil Panda

Evil Panda

Yesterday, aka Friday, the official first release of 2026 on Stardoll was a new Evil Panda collection. It’s a relatively small collection, but given that it’s the beginning of the year, and that the team probably had some time off for the holidays (hopefully), that’s understandable.

I’m not a big fan of the collection as a whole, even though I really like Evil Panda as a brand, but some pieces look so adorable! I still need some time to take a proper look at everything.

What do you think of the first collection of the year? And what do you hope to see coming next?

FREE ITEMS - New Year

FREE ITEMS - New Year

Somewhere between December 31st and January 1st, the Stardoll team sent out some New Year gifts. The two items were delivered in the usual gift boxes to our dolls suites. The items are the 2026 New Year Ornament and the Star Mirror.

I’m personally not a big fan of clothing or decor with the year on it, but I’ve seen that some people like to collect these items, so it was a nice addition for them. On the other hand, I really loved the mirror! It looks very pretty and I’ll definitely use it at some point.

Celeb Fit

Celeb Fit

The last release of 2025 arrived on the final day of the year, and it was a new Celeb Fit. For December, they chose outfits worn by Lisa, Rihanna and Miley Cyrus.

The selected looks were worn by the celebs on the following occasions: Lisa wearing Louis Vuitton at the Louis Vuitton Visionary Journeys event in Seoul; Rihanna wearing Balenciaga at the Gotham Film Awards in NYC (proof that the saying “it’s ugly until Rihanna wears it” doesn’t always hold true as this outfit is an atrocity even on her); and Miley Cyrus wearing Chloé FW25 on her way to Jimmy Kimmel Live in LA.

Below, you can see pictures of the real life outfits.

Weekly Superstar Gift

Weekly Superstar Gift

This week’s Superstar gift is the Pearl Collar Shirt from the Velvet Orchid collection released last week. The gift is available to be claimed on the Superstar page, and you have until next week, when a new item will be uploaded, to claim it.

I’m very happy with this choice, as this shirt was one of the best items from the collection. Did you get it?

PopShop

PopShop

For the last Monday of 2025, Stardoll released a new PopShop collection, right in time for those who want to create a New Year’s decor. The collection has a Y2K club vibe, with lots of neon lights and iridescent pieces.

The Disco DJ Booth and the Vintage Photo Booth are really nice additions to the collection, and to the game in general. As far as I remember, we only had a very old DJ booth before and I don’t recall ever seeing a photo booth in the game.

The Falling Gems Spotlight might be my favorite item from the collection. When I first saw it, it immediately reminded me of Britney Spears’ Oops!... I Did It Again album cover. I do wish they were still able to design animated pieces, as some of these lights would look even cooler with a sparkle or shine effect, but given the circumstances, this is what we get.

This time, they didn’t include any clothing items in the release, which is understandable since the Wild Candy Couture pieces fit this theme perfectly. There are two starcoins items available: the Moon Ice Sculpture and the Celebration Drink.

Holiday Calendar 2025 - Fashion Review

Holiday Calendar 2025 - Fashion Review

This year’s Holiday Calendar has come to an end and to do something a little different, I decided to bring you a kind of lookbook featuring the items we received this year, showcasing some styling ideas for the fashion and jewelry pieces.

From December 1st to December 25th, we received daily items, a mix of jewelry, accessories, clothing and decor pieces. Some were available for starcoins, but most were, as usual, sold for stardollars. During these 25 days, we could see Christmas themed pieces alongside festive and fashionable items.

I’d say some of the most liked were the 1st - Snowflake Collar and the 6th - Studded Red Leather Boots, which avrilllavigner perfectly combined into a festive look. In contrast, we have mulevar also styling the collar as a detail under the shirt, along with the controversial 11th - Plaid Mini Skirt. Some loved the item, while others disliked the way it was illustrated, but here she definitely delivered a great styling of the skirt, combining a street-style but still keeping it festive with the bag.

Another item that wasn’t very well received among players was 2nd - Chanel Sweater Dress. I saw many people complaining about it being a single piece instead of a separate skirt and sweater, like in real life. Personally, I’m not a big fan of it either, as it feels a bit hard to style. That said, Hyn created a very fashionable look by using it as a skirt, pairing it with the puffy blouse and vintage styled hair, which gave the item a completely different aura.

Maria_julia25, on the other hand, decided to let it shine on its own and added a fun touch with the 10th - Reindeer Holiday Headband. It’s great to see people styling some starcoins pieces and really making the most of what they have to offer.

MissNyx decided to go for a casual street style using the 9th - Diamond Quilted Jacket, which is an interesting piece but, I must say, very hard to style (I can say that properly, as I tried it myself). Still, it’s quite versatile, in it's way, and allows for different styling approaches if you get creative.
After seeing these amazing takes on the holiday calendar items, of course I had to give some of them a try as well.I decided to start with items that weren’t very praised (even by me), like the already mentioned 9th - Diamond Quilted Jacket, which allowed me to go for a preppy style.

I don’t know why, but while styling it, I thought it would make a good duo with another item I mentioned here that felt kind of boring (and honestly, it really is): the 20th - Sleigh Sweater. After managing to style it properly, I actually started liking it a bit more.

To keep the duo outfits matching, next I chose what I think are my favorite items from the calendar: the set composed of the 16th - Grey Fur Mini Dress, 17th - Fur Hat, and 17th - Fur Gloves.

Of course, I didn’t want to style them all together, as that would just be putting a complete look back on. Instead, I decided to keep them separate, just like they were released in the calendar and created two outfits inspired by the “Artic Allure” theme, which, in case you haven’t heard yet, is the theme for submitting suggestions for the January 2026 Outfit of the Month.

Continuing my journey through the Calendar, I couldn’t leave out the most "difficult" pieces to style, since they are kind of “complete” on their own, both dresses: the 25th - Green Plaid Dress and the 22nd - Vintage Tree Dress.

For the first one, I simply added a few accessories and voilà, we have a look perfect for a gala. As for the second, I fully embraced the camp vibe, added some extra Christmas themed accessories and themed shoes and it was ready for a crazy Christmas look competition.

To end this journey, and not turn it into a longer list of looks (more than it already is), I decided to pair some pieces that made sense in my head.

Starting off, I used two items that I really liked: the 4th - Pink Leather Trench and the 8th Charm Plaid Bag. It turned into a cute outfit, perfect for going for a walk on a not-so-cold day.

Next, I paired the 21st - Emerald Lace Boots with the 11th - Plaid Mini Skirt (which was already shown here, but in my defense, I needed something to style the boots with). I came up with a look I like to call “from night party to a daytime family trip on Christmas Day”, all thanks to the messy suitcase, that gave the vibe that there was no time to pack after partying all night long.

And lastly, I matched the 23rd - Burgundy Dior Bag with the 13th - Maroon Velvet Peacoat. This one was truly a pain point for me, as I had no idea how to style such a piece, but it ended up working as a more formal autumn/winter daytime look.

From the start of the month, I had the idea of buying all the Holiday Calendar items to create this type of post for the blog. However, throughout the days I had very mixed feelings about the items and I almost dropped the idea. But it was already too far along, I had bought most of them, so I decided to keep going.

In the end, I feel like it was really worth it, as I was able to see the potential of the items, even if most of them don’t match my personal style.

I also hope you enjoyed this post and feel free to share your thoughts on the pieces, the looks and even your own creations using the Calendar items here.
