The weekly free gift for Superstar dolls has already been updated and once again it’s an item from a past release. This time it’s from the Voile collection released back in August: the Bangle Cream Purse, which you can claim on the Superstar page. 

I’m glad cause, even if it’s from an older release, I hadn’t bought this bag yet. Still, I think most people who liked it probably already did. Hopefully, they’ll get back to updating the weekly gift with items from the current week’s releases.

For this Friday we got a brand new two floor Voile release, full of fancy and sparkly dresses. 

On the first floor of the collection, we can see lots of gold and nude transparency/see through items. My favorite pieces are the cute Cream Lace Bloomers and the Dusty Fur Wrap. My only complaint is that the furs texture looks a bit odd, but I still liked it, as it gives the impression that the doll might be resting her hands on it without needing an actual Strike a Pose piece. The Pink Crystal Gown that matches the fur is also stunning, definitely something I’d use for a Miss competition.

On the second floor, the elegant style continues, though in a slightly less showy way and here we also see the only male mannequin from the collection. The blue dress looks well made, but I wish the waist were thinner like in the real version, I think they could have achieved that effect by enlarging the hips a bit.

In the whole collection, only two pieces are available for starcoins: the Crystal Net Gloves and the Jacquemus Balloon Top. 

Other brands that inspired this release include Chanel, Elie Saab, Dior, Gianvito Rossi Balenciaga, Georges Hobeika, Zuhair Murad, Jimmy Choo and Yuima Nakazato. You can check out the real life looks below:

Any thoughts on this new Voile?

Today's release is Voile, featuring a collection of gorgeous gowns and elegant pieces.

The two new floors arrived early today. The first floor includes some highly requested items from the 2025 Oscars, which many hoped to see in Young Hollywood but didn’t make it to the store. I’m really happy to see some of them added now, especially the one Selena Gomez wore and the best part is that it's available for starcoins!

The second floor focuses more on Spring/Summer 2025 Fashion Week, showcasing looks from Valentino, Zuhair Murad, and Khaled & Marwan.

To get the veil from the first mannequin on the first floor, you need to purchase the sheer lace top. The last outfit on the second floor also comes with "free" items, to get the red bow and the floral gloves, you must buy the Valentino tube top bodysuit.

The costume season has ended, making way for elegant dresses and gowns as we approach the beginning of the MSW season, likely starting within the next week or so.

This new release brings two fresh floors to the Voile store, featuring a selection of short dresses, gowns, and formal wear. One notable downside is that out of all the items, there are only two bags and two pieces of jewelry, also there is a small variety of shoes available. 

The collection draws inspiration from well know designers (and still unknow ones), such as Christian Siriano, Stella McCartney, Periwinkle, Mezon Lada, Virtual Orbit, Elie Saab, Valentino, and John Azzi. There may be other influences present, but these were the designers I could find in a short time.

For this Friday's release, Stardoll prepared a new Voile collection that seems like a throwback through years of fashion.

Earlier this Monday, Stardoll had already updated the weekly free gift, and this time it's the Crystal Glasses from the latest Voile collection.
