The first limited release of the year is out, and it's a new Strike a Pose collection. Despite the negative comments last year about the skin tones not matching the dolls' colors in the comeback collection, they decided to give the brand another try and have once again included poses with a variety of seven adjusted and more accurate skin tones.

The collection has a streetwear atmosphere and, in general, looks better than the last one. They improved the skin tone consistency, as all poses now have matching tones and names, making it easier to choose the same tone for all poses. 

However, I must say my favorites were the general poses without visible skin, which were the only ones I bought. These were also the first to sell out, along with the "Bronze Coffee Lady," which, for some reason, was priced in starcoins. The quantity of pieces varies depending on the skin tones, with the darker tones having very limited quantities, some as low as 20 pieces. This scarcity contributed to the success of the collection, as almost everything is sold out by now.

 It's time for the first limited store of the year, and there's a twist: it's not a Young Hollywood inspired by the Golden Globes (they might be waiting to release it alongside the Oscars this time?), but a Strike a Pose collection.

The usual top-up offer with 50% more Stardollars in the sd packs is available, along with a special offer item included in all purchases, excluding the 90sd pack, which comes with 120sd as part of the promotion.

The last time we had a Strike a Pose collection was in June 2019, nearly five years before this upcoming release. For a long time, I thought we would never see another SAP collection, but after countless messages from members urging Stardoll and the illustrators - especially Vulacano (if I were him, I'd probably hate me because I asked for this comeback in every interaction I had with him) - it's finally happening.

As it used to be, the store is limited and only available for dolls with a membership to buy. The difference now is that they've added a huge skin color palette (which I thought was cool until I bought all the poses in the same tone and then realized they must have been mislabeled, so I had to buy other poses that fit my doll's color).

The store came with 2 floors, and the prices range from 40 to 145 SD. The regular items were available in quantities of 1,000+ pieces, while the posed items had only 200-350 units each color. Most of them are already sold out. To me, this seems like a successful comeback, even though the poses aren't the best, in my opinion.
