Original Future

Original Future

Getting totally away from the spring floral releases we've been seeing lately, this Monday we received a new Original Future collection that introduces a kind of futuristic winter vibe.

With lots of neon items — mainly green and orange — the collection brings back the urban aesthetic we’re already familiar with. For me, the standout piece is the black VETEMENTS boots. As for the other items, I don't think I’ll be able to include them in any of my stylings.

The Superstar free gift of the week has also been updated, it's the Blue Laminated Structured Top.

Original Future

Original Future
Everyone seems to hate Mondays, apparently even Stardoll, because today’s release felt pretty lazy. A new Original Future collection with just 24 items was dropped, probably just to fill a gap. It didn’t even fill an entire floor of hanging clothes.

The collection looks good, and the pieces are well made, but at some point, the futuristic aesthetic got lost. It was mixed with emoji bags and a sheer yellow dress that feels more like a leftover item from RIO Chicas (or maybe Wild Candy) - It’s a cute piece, but honestly, it would be better suited for another collection.

Original Future

Original Future

Callie Con isn't officially over yet, as the promised AMA questions haven't been answered in the Starblog yet, but the themed releases unfortunately came to an end today as we got a new Original Future release.

It's a very small collection, containing only 16 pieces. For some reason, I'd say these items might be leftovers from a previous addition to the store, as they fit well in the store's showroom, as we can see below. The only thing that caught my eye is the 8-bit hoodie, as I found it a very interesting piece when I first saw the Loewe SS23 collection.

In general I think it's a 'meh' release, as it's just a gap filler... But I'd like to hear your thoughts on this, have you liked or bought any piece from this new OF?
