Trails

Trails

Yesterday, on Monday, we got a brand new Trails release with two fresh floors added to the store.

The collection brings a mix of summer boho vibes with light fabrics, crochet details and colorful prints that feel perfect for the summer season. One piece stood out in a different way: the black outfit on the first floor, fourth mannequin. It’s definitely eye catching, but it doesn’t quite match the rest of the release’s breezy, summery aesthetic. It actually feels more suited for a Fallen Angel drop than Trails.

We have three starcoins items: the fur hat, the pink sheer skirt and the khaki corduroy shorts, which are always a nice addition for those looking for affordable yet stylish pieces.

Overall, I think the release has some fun and versatile items, especially for creating boho inspired summer outfits. What do you all think of this Trails drop? Do you have any favorite pieces?

Trails

Trails

While counting the votes for the MSW semi-finals, Stardoll released a new Trails collection, that reminded me of the loved and forever-missed Folk store.

The new two floors feature traditional outfits from various parts of the world. Honestly, I feel this collection would have been a better fit for a Windows on the World release.

The collection showcases outfits inspired by traditional attire from Hawaii, Japan, Spain, Cambodia, Mexico, Sweden, Germany, India, and Thailand. It makes me wonder if there will be another part to this release, adding clothing from other regions as well.

I truly loved this release! It’s the first Trails collection that feels appealing to me, even if it doesn’t align with the store’s usual aesthetic.

Trails

Trails
As soon as I opened the Starplaza today to check the new release, I had this strange feeling that I've seen this window before...

Apparently, I wasn't 100% wrong as the middle outfit was already released in a previous Trails collection (not the same illustration, but an "updated" version of it).

But anyway... this curiosity aside, today's release came with 2 new floors. All looks contain the same color palette as most of the Trails releases and maintain this boho chic aesthetic.

Another thing I noticed while writing is that the first outfit on the first floor also was release before. There's a version of It that's from Runaway and looks more detalhes than this one.

The ss weekly gift was updated today with a bag from the collection:
