As announced yesterday with the top-up offer, today's release was a Subcouture collection. From the first look at the main window, we can already imagine what would be the store aesthetics.

The release contains only two floors full of statement pieces, some of which were highly discussed (not always positively) when they debuted on their respective runways.

It's a collection that won't please most people (like me, who thought it was a mess at first glance in the store), but it has some interesting items if you dig into it and have the patience to try them out. The highlights of this collection are the porcelain doll makeup and the interior - the only items I'm sure I'll be getting from this Sub release.

I can understand why people are talking negatively about this collection, calling it "ugly" and using other harsh words to describe it. It's because they've mixed strong pieces together on the same mannequins, creating visual clutter that obscures the potential of the individual items. However, if you take the time to examine them separately in the dressing room, you'll find some beautiful and interesting pieces that can be used to create unique outfits. This issue has been happening in several releases, especially in the limited ones.
