The november OotM has arrived and features the dolls Laneki and Laermothy, bringing good choices and some drama.

The first outfit, submitted by Laneki, who is now part of Stardoll’s illustration team, has drawn mixed reactions. Some feel it’s unfair for a team member to have their look chosen, as it might seem biased. However, many also agree that it’s one of the best OotM looks in a long time. I’m glad that they selected it, the big fur coat is my favorite piece, and the boots look incredible too! The entire look costs 243 starcoins and 65 stardollars, with the shades available in both BP and suite options. None of these items come in a male version.

Hello, everyone! The voting post to choose the 2024 Miss Stardoll-oween is finally here!

As mentioned in the original Miss Stardoll-oween 2024 post, if we received fewer than seven entries, the number of winners would be reduced accordingly. With only four participants this year, again, the podium has been limited to a single winner, just as it was last year. I truly wish we had more entries to allow for a full prize distribution, and I hope to see more active participants in future competitions.

To show my appreciation for the time and creativity each participant put into their outfits, the runner-ups will receive some items from their wishlists as a thank-you gift when the results are announced.

The costume season has ended, making way for elegant dresses and gowns as we approach the beginning of the MSW season, likely starting within the next week or so.

This new release brings two fresh floors to the Voile store, featuring a selection of short dresses, gowns, and formal wear. One notable downside is that out of all the items, there are only two bags and two pieces of jewelry, also there is a small variety of shoes available. 

The collection draws inspiration from well know designers (and still unknow ones), such as Christian Siriano, Stella McCartney, Periwinkle, Mezon Lada, Virtual Orbit, Elie Saab, Valentino, and John Azzi. There may be other influences present, but these were the designers I could find in a short time.

This Friday’s release brings a new It Girls collection! For fans who were hoping Emily in Paris would be the theme of Callie Con this year, this collection might be a nice surprise, as one of the outfits is inspired by the series. 

Other recognizable pieces include outfits worn by Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga in the “Die with a Smile” music video, Ariana Grande’s blue-and-white checkered dress from a Wicked press conference, and Rihanna’s fur coat from Versace (thankfully, they didn’t include the entire look).

Altogether, the collection includes 27 items, and I suspect several more of these pieces were inspired by celebrity fashion moments.

Yesterday I noticed that there’s a Halloween photo competition happening on Stardoll. I tried to participate, but all my photos were coming out completely black, so I waited for the glitch to be fixed before sharing the details. Now that the photo issue in the album seems to be resolved, I was able to submit my entry!

To join the competition, you just have to decorate your suite with a Halloween theme and dress up your doll accordingly, no specific items or collections are required.
