This Sunday, we got another fashion item in the Holiday Calendar: the Emerald Lace Boots. Once again, it’s an item that I didn’t like much when I saw it up close, but I still bought it and I hope I’ll manage to style it at some point. The boots are priced at 14sd originally, or 13sd with the Royalty discount.

The “Advent” Calendar is almost coming to an end and for day 20 we got a not so exciting item: the Sleigh Sweater.

In the catalogue, as usual, you’ll find the female version, but when buying it through the calendar you also get the male version for free. Both versions are also available for individual purchase in the catalogue. The price for each one is 160sc (or 144sc if you’re Royalty).

This Friday’s release was a new Antidote collection. As teased by the free item we got yesterday, I was sure it would be something extravagant, but I wasn’t expecting it to be Christmas themed, so it was a nice surprise when the store floors were released a little earlier today, a true Christmas miracle, especially since we’ve gotten used to limited releases arriving later than announced on Instagram stories.

I love that the collection brings a mix of bold statement pieces along with more casual, yet still fashionable items across the three floors. As always, opinions are divided, with players both loving and hating different pieces.

The store interior looks beautiful, and overall I really liked many of the items, I had a blast doing some Christmas shopping there. Some pieces sold out very quickly, while others still have plenty of copies left in the store.

It seems we’re back to the good old days, when Stardoll used to release spoilers earlier than the scheduled store launch, as we can already see the three new store floors for the upcoming Antidote collection. Indeed, the store has a Christmas aesthetic, featuring festive and very extravagant pieces.

I was expecting a limited release since last week and in my mind it would be either a Strike a Pose or maybe a Limited Edition collection with a Christmas or general winter theme. Instead, today we got the news that an Antidote collection will be dropping tomorrow in Starplaza.

To go along with it, there’s a 50% more stardollars on all stardollars packs, plus a free special offer item included in every pack (even the cheapest sd one), as well as in the Superstar packages.

The free dress is inspired by Jeremy Scott for Moschino Fall 2014, a collection famously inspired by food packaging.

This Wednesday’s release was a new Film Theory with a Wicked For Good themed collection, the third release inspired by Wicked since the first movie came out last year. I honestly hope this is the last one, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we also get a part II for this release.

The store has three new floors: the first two bring items that seem to be inspired by the movie characters costumes, while the last one contains looks worn by the cast during the movie premieres. 

There’s also the inclusion of two new pals for the Wizard of Oz and Madame Morrible characters, along with other well known characters from Oz, like the Cowardly Lion and the Tin Man. The absence of the Scarecrow makes me think that it might be coming in another part of this release. 

The Pals of Glinda, Elphaba and Fiyero are shown in the store, but they can’t be purchased from these new floors, only from the older ones.

Wishes really do come true at Christmas! Yesterday we got the dress and I mentioned how nice it would be to have the matching gloves. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only the gloves, but also the matching hat, are the items for today’s calendar card.

Both items (the gloves and the hat) appear in the calendar image, but the item is listed only as Fur Hat, even though both pieces were released. When purchased via the calendar, the set costs 12sd with the Royalty discount (13sd regular price), and you also receive the Beauty Parlor versions of the hat and the Fur Gloves for free. Both items are also available for individual purchase in the catalogue.

This Tuesday, Stardoll updated the Weekly Superstar Gift. For this week, we received a decor item: the Dog On Sleigh from the Winter Peak collection, released on December 8th. The gift is available to claim on the Superstar page.

I also found the picture that inspired the illustration, and the dog looks super cute and totally ready to have some winter fun.

Today’s calendar item is the Grey Fur Mini Dress, which I think is a little overpriced at 20sd (18sd with the royalty discount). So far, it’s the most expensive item in this year’s calendar, even items that came with free extras didn’t have such a high price. That aside, it’s still a cute dress.

The piece is inspired by the Lina Fur Dress from Nana Jacqueline. I absolutely love the fur hat and the matching gloves from the original look and wish they had included them as well, even if it meant having to buy them as separate items.

The official Monday release was the Christmas themed Sunny Bunny collection. This year, they even updated the store interior for a more festive look.

The store got two new floors featuring xmas related clothing and jewelry, as well as makeup and hair for those who like more character driven outfits. Personally, I liked last year’s release more, but this one does have some cute pieces. 

Two items are available for Starcoins: the Red Sandles and the Pink Earmuffs (which are actually my favorite item from the collection).

Today, we got the Red Bow Christmas Tree in the Holiday Calendar, which was also teased in the banner on the calendar page alongside the chair from day 12. The tree costs 19sd (17sd as shown in the image with the Royalty discount).

The inspiration was taken from TikTok, as we can see from the @ tagged in the picture, that is also available on Pinterest.

This year’s Christmas Gift-O-Meter is finally out! As usual, it features 10 achievement levels that unlock prizes based on how many stardollars you spend in Starplaza.

You can unlock the first tier by spending 15sd, and the final tier at a total of 300sd, just like in previous years. You have until January 7th to complete the meter.

If you’re planning to get all the prizes, I really recommend completing it as soon as possible. Every time we have a GoM, there are people who wait until the last one or two days and then complain about not receiving the free items.
