The release for this Friday was Runaway, the second collection for the brand this year. I admit that until yesterday I was expecting an announcement for a limited store, but instead we got an ex-limited brand with the usual high prices, though they do seem a bit cheaper than past ones, imo.

The collection has two floors and includes items inspired by Balenciaga, Prada, Chanel, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Prabal Gurung, Simone Rocha, and Bottega Veneta. It looks very well-made overall, even though I personally don’t like most of the pieces — but I can’t deny the quality some of them have.

If the collection stays in Starplaza for a while, I might grab a few pieces next year during the Black Friday sale haha. Btw, in the release they included a pair of earrings for starcoins. It costs 220sc (198sc with the royalty discount) and it's the only item I got from this collection today.

The first Friday of the year brings us a new Runway, and it’s packed with an impressive selection of items. However, the excitement is somewhat dampened by the pricing, as they’ve maintained the same high prices typically reserved for limited stores, despite having previously decided that the Runway store would no longer be part of the limited pieces category.

The store features two floors showcasing mostly oversized coats (clearly a favorite trend of the illustration team, as we've seen them repeatedly in most releases) and elegant, fancy outfits. The only exceptions are the first and last mannequins on the second floor.

The collection, overall, has a striking film noir aesthetic, which I absolutely love. However, the salty prices make it difficult to buy everything right away. I'll be holding off for a sale to grab them at half price.

As a way to say "sorry for the inconvenience" (?) this weekly gift to superstars and royalty dolls is the fishnet balaclava from the last Runway collection. In the store, the item is priced with a 45sd tag (41sd with royalty discount), and now you can have it for free. If you already bought it, you can also claim the gift and have two of them in your closet.

The last Stardoll release of 2023 is upon us, and it's a new Runway collection.

Runway has become everyone's favorite worst nightmare as the pieces are amazing, but the prices are extremely high for a non-limited store. I just hope that at some point, they can reintroduce limited pieces for this brand or lower the prices to be on par with other regular stores.

This friday we were surprised by a new Runway release, the bad news is that, once again, the store isn't limited but the prices remains super salty!

For me, the highlight of this collection is the ICONIC JLo dress. It was released before in a Versace tribute, but this one looks very well made and more detailed. It's insane from stardoll part charging 140sds for it? Yes. I'm considereing to buy it anyways? Also yes.
