August is approaching its end, but we still had time for one last release this month, and it’s Active.

The collection introduces two new floors to the store and brings a high-fashion sports vibe, featuring brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Moschino, Dior and sports-related brands like Adidas and Puma.

There are two starcoin items: the Adidas Cap and Vintage Newbalance Sneakers, which are the only pieces I've gotten so far. I'm not a big fan of this store, but I might try some of the other pieces later.

Callie Con is coming! Today, Stardoll's social media on Instagram opened a question box for suggestions on which themes we would like to see in the 2024 edition of this project.

Which theme do you think will be the winner?

The last time we had a Strike a Pose collection was in June 2019, nearly five years before this upcoming release. For a long time, I thought we would never see another SAP collection, but after countless messages from members urging Stardoll and the illustrators - especially Vulacano (if I were him, I'd probably hate me because I asked for this comeback in every interaction I had with him) - it's finally happening.

As it used to be, the store is limited and only available for dolls with a membership to buy. The difference now is that they've added a huge skin color palette (which I thought was cool until I bought all the poses in the same tone and then realized they must have been mislabeled, so I had to buy other poses that fit my doll's color).

The store came with 2 floors, and the prices range from 40 to 145 SD. The regular items were available in quantities of 1,000+ pieces, while the posed items had only 200-350 units each color. Most of them are already sold out. To me, this seems like a successful comeback, even though the poses aren't the best, in my opinion.

Oh well... Today's release is a new PopShop collection, all inspired by her, the Stardoll sweetheart, the Miss Americana.

It was unnoticed by me until now that yesterday we got an ad informing us of the tributes' last chance. The ad includes all the tributes from this season and the dates when each one will be removed from the plaza. So, if you haven't bought everything you wanted from the collections, now is the time (if they actually remove them, as we still have tributes from last year available for sale).

Each week, on Fridays to be more specific, they'll be removing one tribute store, starting with Miu Miu and ending with Dsquared2, in the order they were released.

Today's release is a small Rio collection containing a total of 21 pieces (20 if you consider that the pair of earrings comes in both suite and BP versions). Also, this release officially marks the end of the tribute season, and we're now back to regular store releases.

For this Friday release, we have a special Olympics themed collection in Windows on the World. I love the perfect timing of this, arriving just in time for the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games. But it's better later than never, right?!

The 5th, and probably last, tribute of this season is inspired by Dsquared2. This is also the first time we have an exclusive store for this brand.

The store features mainly items inspired by Dsquared2's FW23 and SS24 collections. We have already seen some pieces from these collections released in other regular brands this year, such as Pretty n' Love and Mr.

There are a total of 17 outfits across the 3 floors, with 3 complete male versions and 3 other items available for male dolls. The starcoins items are placed on the first and last floors, so make sure not to miss them.

I can say by far that this is my favorite tribute of the season. The 2nd floor is the one I liked the most – I bought everything from it.
